This statement tells what personal data Geotastic collects, why we collect it, who receives it and how long we keep it. It also tells what you can do about it.

Effective date: October 31, 2026

1. Who we are

Adjudica Inc. ("Adjudica", "we" or "us") supplies Geotastic. This statement applies to the website at geotastic.us, the app at app.geotastic.us and the API at api.geotastic.us.

3. Cookies and browser storage

  • The app uses one cookie, geotastic_session, to keep you signed in. It lasts 14 days or less. It stops when you sign out. Our database keeps only a hash of it.
  • The app keeps two settings in the storage of your browser. One is the answer mode that you chose last. The other is the address of the ArcGIS organization that you signed in with last.
  • We do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools. The website at geotastic.us uses no cookies. If you play the demo video, YouTube can set cookies.

4. How we use data

We use personal data only to supply Geotastic, keep it secure, repair problems, tell you about important changes and obey the law.

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not share personal data for advertising.
  • We do not train AI models on your data. The data policy of the AI model provider applies to the data that Geotastic sends to it.

5. Who receives data

These service providers process data for us:

  • Amazon Web Services hosts the Geotastic server, its database and its backups in the us-east-2 Region (Ohio, USA).
  • Cloudflare supplies the DNS of geotastic.us and sends the files of the app page to your browser. Cloudflare sees your IP address when you open the app. It does not see your sign-in or your data, because the API does not go through Cloudflare.
  • GitHub hosts the website at geotastic.us. GitHub sees the IP address of each visitor.
  • YouTube (Google) plays the demo video on the website. Your browser connects to YouTube only when you click Play. Then YouTube sees your IP address and can set cookies. The privacy statement of Google applies to the video.
  • Cal.com operates the page where you book a demo. It gets the data that you type on that page, sends the booking emails and puts the booking in our Google calendar. The privacy statement of Cal.com also applies to that page.
  • The AI model provider gets the question and the description of each dataset. It also gets the names and types of the columns, one sample value for each column and what the program prints. It does not get your files, tokens or passwords. Ask us which provider your organization uses.

When you sign in, ArcGIS (Esri), Microsoft or Google identifies you. Their own privacy statements apply. Geotastic gets your layers from ArcGIS with your ArcGIS token.

A Geotastic administrator sees the user name, the sign-in method and the status of each account, to approve accounts. Other users do not see your questions, data or servers.

We also give data to other persons in these cases:

  • When the law or a court order requires it.
  • To protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or Adjudica.
  • If another company acquires Geotastic. That company must protect the data as this statement tells.

7. How we protect data

All traffic to Geotastic uses HTTPS. The database accepts connections only from the server. We encrypt the backups. AI-written code runs in a sandbox with no network. Our Security and AI page tells more.

8. Your choices and rights

  • You can see your questions, data and servers in the app. You can delete each of them.
  • You can delete your account on your profile page. Geotastic then deletes your questions, data, ArcGIS servers, tokens and account, and revokes your ArcGIS tokens. Your data leaves the backups in 30 days or less.
  • To get a copy of your personal data, or to change or delete it, write to hello@geotastic.us. We will answer in 30 days or less.
  • We can ask you to prove who you are before we do what you ask.
  • If your organization gave you access, we can send your request to your organization.

The laws of some states, such as California, give residents more privacy rights. We give these rights to all users. We will not treat you differently because you use them.

9. Where we keep data

We keep and process data in the United States. If you use Geotastic from another country, your data goes to the United States.

10. Children
